Katsina, February 12, 2025 – The chairmanship candidate for Katsina Local Government, Honourable Isah Miqdad AD Saude, has concluded his campaign tour across 12 wards in Katsina metropolis, covering Kudu II, Kudu III, and Gabas II.
During the final leg of his tour, he was received by key political figures and community elders, including ward councillors and influential politicians such as Alhaji Kabir KSƘ, Kabir Amoga, Ambassador Yaqub, former Katsina Local Government Chairman Alhaji Bala Saulawa, and Dr. Idris Zakari. Also in attendance were the Member of the House of Representatives for Katsina Local Government, Honourable Sani Aliyu Danlami, and the Chairman of the Petroleum Marketers Association, Alhaji Aminu Wali (popularly known as A A Rahamawa).
The campaign, which commenced on February 9, covered various wards including Kangiwa, Arewa ‘A’, and Arewa ‘B’ before extending to Shinkafi, Gabas I, and Kudu I. By Wednesday, February 12, Isah Miqdad had completed his tour in Kudu II and Gabas II, reaffirming his commitment to driving development and progress in the local government if elected.
Expressing his gratitude for the overwhelming support, he assured residents of his dedication to delivering impactful projects and policies to improve the welfare of the people.
The campaign was conducted under the banner of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Katsina State chapter, and witnessed a large turnout of supporters and political stakeholders.
